When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, service interest and message content. Server logs may include IP address, user agent and request metadata for security and operations.

How we use data

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted processors (for example email or hosting providers) solely to operate our services, under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing sales@icyber.com.sg.

Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Do Not Track

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Because we do not track users across sites for advertising, we do not alter behaviour based on browser “Do Not Track” signals; essential security and preference storage still applies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy for operational purposes; material changes affecting consent will be highlighted where required.
